Epione LLC is a licensed, Dubai-based drug store, established in 2020 under the umbrella of EFAR holding , a group of companies that is specialized in clinical research & site management since 2012 and is operating in 27 countries worldwide.
Epione has a state-of-the art warehouse with impressive cold-storage & deep-freezing capacity in the UAE as well as ambient temperature storage capabilities.
Epione’s scope has been redefined from providing local & regional CROs clients with logistics & storage services (unique product-market entry) to include distributing mass pharmaceutical multinational products (Mass product-market entry), and promoting & supplying the UAE & KSA markets with selected products (Elite product market entry).

Epione aims to provide full-service package to international manufacturers of speciality care products (Vaccines, Biologicals, Biosimilars, orphan & rare diseases) and speciality medical devices to reach the region's healthcare providers via highly-dedicated and well-versed sales & marketing team.
